But I forgot address. RE: SDISO Compatibility List - neon - 28.08.2011 00:21 OK. I'm not self-interested. I just wanted to convince you to publish your compatibility list first. But I decided to revel the tip. Sonic Adventure works only with Dreamshell 4.0 Beta 3. And as I suspect, you use Beta 4. I found link to german wiki project that I mentioned. http://www.sega-dc.de/dreamcast/ And here other suggestions: http://sega.wikia.com/wiki/Dreamcast http://dreamcast.wikia.com/wiki/Sega_Dreamcast_Wiki http://www.lxdream.org/wiki/index.php?title=Main_Page Sonic Advanture (PAL) Boots? Yes Playable? Yes Tested on: DreamShell 4.0.0 Beta 3 (sdiso module v0.2.0). Source: non-selfboot, segadc2 release Notes: It doesn't work with DreamShell 4.0.0 Beta 4! RE: SDISO Compatibility List - Panteric - 04.09.2011 08:30 please also check out http://www.youtube.com/dceric for compatible homebrew games RE: SDISO Compatibility List - Hunk_4TH - 06.02.2012 23:25 (07.02.2011 15:57)Anthony817 писал(а): That emulator is not on Dreamcast, only the Master system, Genesis/Megadrive and Gamegear emulators work, there is no Kega fusion with 32X and Sega CD emulation. Can anyone help me with creating an ISO from a Gddump? I have a GDdump of Skies Of Arcadia I use GD2data which works great but I don't have an IP.BIN. Though it's in the GDdump. I then dragged all the files into cd folder of Make ISO it worked and made an image. But loading it off the SDcard just gives me a black screen RE: SDISO Compatibility List - SWAT - 07.02.2012 08:17 So you not need repack gdi image. You need to getting only one track03.bin (if game not have CDDA tracks) and convert it to ISO by my ISO Make pack v2 just clicked to bin2iso.bat. After this try run, if game works, you can try compress image by compress_iso.bat and try it again. If game have CDDA tracks, need to repack gdi by repack_gdi.bat or make iso with padding as it could be with cdda tracks, but this more hard for you. I don't believe this game has CDDA tracks as it seems to work fine off the SDcard despite the slight slowdowns and choopy video it's not bad at all! I do have a question though is it possible to run ISOs/GDdumps from Dreamshell? I noticed you added the ISOLoader to RC1 which is very nice! Though I assume it's only for SDisos? RE: SDISO Compatibility List - SWAT - 07.02.2012 21:27 As I wrote above, so you can run gd dumps. Цитата:Though I assume it's only for SDisos? What do you mean? RE: SDISO Compatibility List - djvectorman - 22.07.2012 14:33 Hello what is a ip file ? I just bought a sd card reader and dreamshell 4 rc 1. Thank you for Swat admin and others for suggesting best sd card to use, class 6. I have no idea how to transfer a cdi or iso to sd though. I download Toyko Racer 2 to my pc from online, put iso on sd in my pc, put sd in my dc sd reader, browse dreamshell sd section, and simply open it and it will work ? Or do I have to change read me bins and ip stuff, sorry I'm a noob. Please tell me simply, I'm not tech savy. I see like 10 games work near perfect from post 1 list, I downloaded them (like homebrew and Namco Museum), now what ? Can someone offer me simple step by step advice ? I talked negatively about sd card before, but as I saw it progress and the great work you guys do here, and I decided to buy one. Most places are scared to discuss this, which is a shame because more people should get into this. I asked about this on other forums, but got rude replies or insulted. Here is my sd card reader. Edit : I couldn't log into my old djvectorman account (errors with log in) so I made this one, hope that is ok. RE: SDISO Compatibility List - SWAT - 23.07.2012 07:49 ip file is a IP.BIN file on CD/GD. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oEfFjzHCSGU Download ISO make pack v2 on DreamShell page. If you have GDI image without GDDA, you can easy to convert track03.bin to iso with bin2iso. In other cases, you need to create iso as on video. RE: SDISO Compatibility List - djvectorman - 23.07.2012 08:48 Ok thank you for answer swat. I will check out video you linked me to. But your text was too tech for me. "Download ISO make pack v2 on DreamShell page." Ok. I see that in start of your video thanks. "If you have GDI image without GDDA, you can easy to convert track03.bin to iso with bin2iso." I'm guessing you mean audio on a large iso game? GDI I'm not interested in, nor having all game audio, just a small game like Namco Museum with normal audio files and small iso size to play off sd. So I MUST use and d/l "v2 iso to sd" program which you get from this site to my computer huh, ok. Why doesn't sonic ad 1 play off sd card dreamshell version 4 ? I will watch video now. Thank you for your help. Perhaps our difference in language is not making fluid communication, but I need more simper instructions. Ok I saw in video any game can use any ip.bin, so can you upload a ip.bin file for me or is there one in "v2 pack". Swat, why not upload sdiso versions of games here with ip.bin and changed (if necessary) readme.bin games here so people can just download and transfer iso easier to a sd ? Great video though, although I'm confused what all the copy and pasting in folders was all about or how or why a "gdi repack" file was added to Headhunter game. Sorry I'm new to all this. RE: SDISO Compatibility List - SWAT - 23.07.2012 12:27 You can use almost any IP.BIN file. Look for it in the images of games (not use from WinCE games). RE: SDISO Compatibility List - djvectorman - 23.07.2012 13:55 Well when I download a iso I only see disc juggler image of it. I see no ip.bin file. Ok but both cdi and iso can burn with disc juggler to play on dc - then the dc running game can be burnt on sd yes with dreamshell (burn back up to sd reader) transfer process yes ? Can I do it that way or do I have to make iso on sd from my computer exactly like video showed ? I see you mentioned gdda is that audio files ? RE: SDISO Compatibility List - djvectorman - 20.08.2012 02:55 All Hail Swat. I finally got my sd card reader to work using a 2 gb scandisc sd and a sdiso but unfortunately the sd isos from dc iso servers are down, maybe forever =( RE: SDISO Compatibility List - neon - 28.09.2012 19:12 Air (NTSC-J) Boots? Just thought I'd throw in my two cents. Pardon the necropost. All tested in DreamShell 4.0 RC1 Games that work Dead or Alive 2 Skies of Arcadia Kanon Rainbow Cotton Gunbird 2 Puyo Puyo DA! Puyo Puyo~n 4 (No music) Marvel VS Capcom 2 (apparently it works? idk, didn't work for me) Games that don't work Triggerheart Excelia (goes to loading screen, then freezes) Trizal (goes to loading screen, then freezes) Shenmue 1 (black screen) Capcom VS SNK 2 (black screen) Power Stone 2 (Dreamcast resets) Cardcaptor Sakura: Tomoyo's great video (black screen. good thing too, that game sucks) Puyo Puyo FEVER! (black screen) Bust a Move 4 (black screen) Soul Calibur (Freezes when starting a match) A few of these games may or may not actually work, but (for me at least) they don't, and I'm too lazy to test any farther.
