Original loaders compiled for 0x8cfc0000 and 0x8c004000. Does it make sense to compile for 0x8ce00000? If game used 0x8cfc0000 it is likely that it is used and 0x8ce00000.
I recompiled loaders for original addresses on new compilers, test it.

If you booted from modified original bios, cd loader maybe works (need gd-rom of course). If from custom bios, yep no chance.
