someone can explain why the last bulid on gihub gives error when i try open isoloader " DS ERROR can't load module app_iso_loader.kfl "

Seems you download not all. This module exists in build directory:
https://github.com/DC-SWAT/DreamShell/tree/master/build/apps/iso_loader/modules

no, i've download everything from bulid folder and put in my hdd inside the folder DS and when try to run the isoloader of this bulid give me error, and the older bulid of cdi image i puted previously works fine why ?

Do you have a SD Card reader or just the HDD mod?

replace DS_CORE.BIN too

i have hdd mod and i already fix the problem was the boot loader cd i was running the dreamshell 4.04 with cd and the files copyed to hdd.
so i have tried something else , burn only the boot loader 2.4 and copy the bulid folder of github to hdd and works fine now
