Beats of Rage Collections -Issue to play in HDD - Ro Magnus Larsson - 23.08.2020 02:26
Hi everybody:
Anyone has tried to play these Beats of Rage Collections in HDD ?
I tried to play Collection 1, 2, 3, remixed, 10 (last) but nothing
I modifed Hex 1st_READ.BIN, I converted CDI original file to ISO files, in some collections it boot all right then it enters the menu selecting the game but then freezes with Beats of Rage logo with message "Please, reboot your Dreamcast", the games never appears. I used standard presets, tried some others but nothing.
Only way to play I found is: Take off every game in an individul DreamBOR ISO file structure (Ian Micheal soft) a long work to do!.

Did you have boot with Loader 0.6.1_gcc 7.1 ?
Select homebrew OS.

I guess I have it. I have RetreoDream/Dreamshell. I tried putting OS homebrew it boots then goes to select menu but the games will not start...

If you use the @dragoncity DS folder try loader number 3.
I had some issue with BOR but I repack them in .cdi with nrg header nad it was good with my sd card mod.
Never try them with hdd, but it should works with loader.

And try also :
Find E4745FA0
Replace EC745FA0
If it boots with sd card and not hdd.
And maybe antoher issue :

Use Hack lba with original 1ST_READ.BIN and IP.BIN and create_iso.bat
You must be close of an issue.
