There is still slowness in DreamNEO, even using wav_adpcm on the SD_serial card.
I tested mono audio in wav, it works very well in isoloader beta 24.
I used the Switch Sound File Converter program.

At some point I removed mono CDDA support. I thought it was a useless feature that took up memory...
But if it makes sense, I can return it. It will really be faster, I just thought that it is already fast with stereo ADPCM Smile)
But apparently there are games where this is not enough.

And answering the question in the topic title - yes, CDDA can work with ISO, just put the CDDA tracks to same directory as ISO with the same naming as for GDI, only the numbers need to be shifted.

I tested using ISO_Make_pack_v2.4 but when cdda is activated it does not boot the iso and only works without cdda.
It only worked with iso_make with cdda but partially as in the video below:
