need help with dreamcast HDD IDE

Working now.

Well, it WAS working...

So, I switched to the stock Sega BIOS just before the messages appeared and left it switched to stock...

It booted from SD (IDE wasn't shown?), but I was still able to read the HDD and boot Sonic Adv 1 in Direct mode.

But now it doesn't seem to want to boot after the Dreamshell 2.2 Boot Loader, just a black screen?

I think maybe something on my SD card has been corrupted?

It did definitely work though.

Do you need to load anything else from the custom BIOS after boot?
ie. should I switch back to the Flash BIOS at a certain point?

I've tried that too, but it's getting stuck after the loader screen now (red spiral)?
