Dreamcast GDI Compatibility List

Hi guys,

Messing with 2 games right now, could use you guys input. I use a modded DC HDD with Github Dreamshell RC4.

Plasma Sword (U)

Played normal GDI enabling CDDA, got all the way up to the boss and it froze. Am I using a bad version? Can someone else try this title with CDDA on DS4 RC4?

Vigilante 8 2nd Offense (U)(PAL)(JAP)

Plays fine when CDDA music is removed. The sucky part about this game is the music is so good it be ashame to play without it.

When I play an optimized GDI with CDDA it disables one single player mode, if I play unoptimized GDI it disables another single player mode and the "sound test" option.

Maybe it doesn't work on IDE HDD after all or doesn't work for RC4? I'm really struggling with this one after watching this video and seeing it work perfectly in RC3:





In that video it was being ran from an SD card. Can someone test Vigilante 8 2nd Offense on an HDD with CDDA on DS RC4? If it turns out that Dreamshell 4 RC4 GitHub is simply not compatible with this game via HDD I'll wait for next release. Also, keep up the good work guys. This topic has helped me with 90% of my current library.
