Need help with MAME4ALL & AES4ALL for Dreamshell RC4. (edited for guidance on mame)

EDIT: Thanks to posters below I've figured out the NeoGeo CD emulators for Dreamcast but not the AES emu as originally intended. I've added mame4all since I'm also in the process of figuring that out and could use some help. May as well kill two birds with one stone as we Americans say.
