I just did a test with bypass pre-read with NCAA using Sata HDD and got success, the game will start on the screen and begin to match normally.

Do 2K sports NBA, NFL games work via SATA?

For this I've made new mode - Bypass pre-read.
But only NCAA works yet, still WIP.
