GDI use part of bios for descramble and can't work with custom BIOS

It's pcwzrd13 who have seen it with 0.6.3 but it was only the 2001 version not the 2000. So I don't know the bios he has...

Maybe dragoncity could tell more too.

Nfl Blitz 2001 work with "5.bin > 0.6.3_noWINCE_noCDDA_gcc7.1",but not the 2000.

Yeah, 2001 worked with this build of 0.6.3 as well as 0.7.x. 2000 doesn't work on any loader.

Yeah, 2001 worked with this build of 0.6.3 as well as 0.7.x. 2000 doesn't work on any loader.

kof2000 Works on RC4 isoloader 6.0 in composite video, using VGA does not work

@ all : which bios for nfl blitz 2001 ? the bios protection seems to be only on nfl blitz 2000 version.

Friends I have "NBA 2K2 v1.000 (2001) (Sega) (NTSC) (US) [!] [1S 51178]" and manages to load perfectly but only until the intro video. From then on there is a black screen, wait more than 30 seconds and nothing happens ... I'm using SATA-Mod (Soulcalibur, Space Racer, Baseball 2k2 and Metropolis Street Racer).

Yes doesn't work for me too,but for me also in IDE CF ^^

So need more test with Megavolt when I get what I need.

Works for me in ide. Try using ip.bin or vga/composite

looks like i'm not gonna have much luck using a msata drive, i have setup my dreamcast to boot directly into dreamshell via sd card and i removed the wire for pin 1 as suggested and removed the DS folder from the msata drive and even though i do believe dreamshell is picking it up, as soon as i try to boot iso loader it just stays on the loading screen.

i may have to go down the ssd route instead although that means having to buy one and an adapter.

Do you use IDE cable ATA133?

With ATA100 many SATA doesn't work,same problem like you !!

So you need a pcb and no problem Smile

because i have a 250gb 44 pin hdd at the moment i am using one of these cables Here and i am supplying it with 5v and ground.

Use IDE CABLE ATA133 very important for SATA !

With my PCB you can without problem Smile

So need for example :

And very IMPORTANT ATA133 "32AWG" because some "30AWG" have problem.

short ...difficult and not the good solution sometimes.

I tested MANY IDE cable...short..long...AWG30..AWG32...

I tried cut the cable...NOT A GOOD IDEA ...doesn't work after !

And the result it's USE ATA133 "AWG32" and DON'T cut the cable.

Put blue connector in the PCB,and the other side (one of the two) on the adapter.

i am working on multiple consoles at the minute so for now i will just stick with the 250gb ide hdd until i'm done with some of my other stuff and then i will see about changing it to an ssd.
