Also @dragoncity reported about NBA 2k, now it's works with the Bypass pre-read on SATA, memory 8c004800

What settings did you use for NCAA? For me it boots with 8c004800 but it freezes after pressing start at the title screen.
I tried NBA 2K2 as well and that also boots with 8c004800 but I get a black screen after selecting "Quick Start".

Игра NBA 2K работает через SATA с пресетом 8c004800 и Quick Start и в других игровых режимах. Не путать с NBA 2K2.

For me NBA 2K is working with new bypass preset with my ssd hdd.
Other test : magforce racing, run like a charm except cdda tmu1 that crash a little.
This new loader seems to be a real beast but the gcc gives us a huge file unfortunately...
Hope the new compiler will give smaller loader...

Ok, so did more testing with the bypass pre-read setting and the Sandisk CF card:
NBA 2K, NFL 2K, NFL 2K1, and NFL 2K2 all work with 8c004800!
No go for NCAA 2K2, NBA 2K1, or NBA 2K2. Same result with all of them. They boot but feeze when selecting Quick Start.
Ooga Booga, Floigan Bros., and Internet Game Pack won't boot. Just a black screen.
So an improvement overall.

Oh, unfortunately the next 2 major versions of GCC (14 and 15) only increase binary size... So I'll stay on version 13 for a while.

You have done a good work for aica recently...
I tried to use the new great tool in a tab in iso loader preset for choosing the loader.
I can't boot games with old loaders from 0.6.

Managed to get into a quick game in NBA 2K1 with sync 16 but it froze on the second attempt. Must be random. Just a black screen on boot with all the other games.

Выбирал всё загрузчики по очереди, итог или зависает на первом экране или очень быстро пропускается экран со стартовым меню и зависает. Тест HDD IDE и SSD. Но если использовать старый загрузчик версии 0.6, то работает CDDA.

Он не работал только в самой первой сборке релиза на GCC 14. Сейчас он работает.
Для Q3 не нужно никакой загрузчик выбирать вручную, и вообще какие либо настройки менять кроме таймера на TMU1.

In which app? There are two of them now.
Which option did you select when enabling VMU emulation?
It doesn't work in all games.

Спасибо, добрый волшебник что подарил возможность играть Q3 с качественным CDDA. Работает и через IDE и через SATA. Правда не через любой IDE накопитель работает, например 80гб Maxtor - черный экран на старте.

Так он может просто LBA28? Их поддержка пока вырезана для экономии памяти.
