Just click on it in File Manager app.
The format is the same as for trailers; simply change the resolution from square to 4:3 or 16:9. The length is limited by the FAT32 file size, which is ~4GB.

It does not work for me, I tried mp4, Mpeg-1 and AVI (all in 352x240 or 320x240) any other suggestion?....
