*scroller does not work, images used in the scroller will probably be inverted, discolered, flipped horizontally/vertically, etc.
*play_wav does not work
*your game cannot be entirely .png's for that crashes the game for some odd reason. therefore make an .fpg file containing all your sprites, icons, etc and leave levels and such (unless you know how to put them into the fpg) as .png files.
*l and r (which are apparently tab and backspace to sdl for dreamcast) dont work
the main one is the scoller problem. i tested several examples and while they all loaded up nice and fine, the scroll camera itself did not
