I played lack of love english patch with cdda, using 0.6.1_7.1gcc
0.7 loaders don't have cdda.

Tried the Japan cake vga patched one and the original one. Both not working (black screen). Only no cdda setting is working. I can't find the link to the english patched gdi.
My setup is motherboard to 40 pin ide to sata adapter. I'm using 2.5 inch laptop hdd and ssd.
Also I want to note that SSD is not compatible with 0.7 beta 1-3. I get an error can not initialize when I load a game IDE. 0.6x seems to work well with ssd. There are less stutters on the ssd. The normal Sata hdd games seem to play smoother on the 0.7 betas but needs to be defragmented some times. Maybe megavolt can fix it. Possible to have ISO loader defrag the game during loading?

It's not my work, So I'm note sure about 100% if there is absolutely no downsample but I notice nothing wrong when I played it. The FMV are great.
In my memories it's only preset after you select cdda nothing to do in more.

only select cdda and no dma.
run in hdd mod. Gdi standard format not optimize.

Yes SSD is better.
You are lucky because ATA 100 (40wire),for me it's not good for many games.
This is why I use ATA 133 (80wire) and PCB (GD-IDE or G1-ATA).

Sorry had a typo Mr Driller works on the settings I posted. I'm not noticing difference on loader sync 5 loader 3.
I cannot seem to make any 0.7 betas work with SSD. Still getting can't init ide error
. With my current setup I would have to switch between standard sata and ssd.Interesting... Just remembered I use 80 pin ide cable for my xbox. It's much more reliable than using a 40 pin.
Do you have a link for international orders to Philippines? I might order one after the virus lockdown stops next month.

Because on SD need create IGR folder on IDE and put DS_CORE.BIN inside.
Like that :
IDE:\IGR\DS_CORE.BIN
Next 0.7.x need OPT !
This is why I updated my list for pass games in OPT.

@megavolt85 : I have finally have a look in your D2 patch version espacially in the 1st_read.bin, and I can say only one thing : whaouh :-)
But beyond the amazing quality of the patch, I'm still impressed by one thing :
How you do you find the area to patch, for me it's impossible to find only looking with IDA and dissemble assembler code, and SH4 manual...
Do you have a mod when you are lookink for an assembler area in particular ?

So I patched 'San Francisco RUSH 2049 v1.002 (2000)(Midway)(PAL)(M6)' with the patch from opening post.
But when I run it, I'm getting a black screen?
EDIT: Checked the list.. with beta 7 loader it freezes in the main menu
Can somebody post the prototype?
Also Hyndro Thunder does not work with retrodream, used loader 3 with DMA and cdda (direct boot) but the dchdmi simply turns off the screen
