¿Is it possible that this IDE-SATA / SATA-IDE adapter works for DS ?

I tried using one similar to that (it had a red pcb though)
I could NOT get it to work. Not even when using a jumper on the slave pins.
your pcb is weird, how come the 'ide hd to sata' plug is on the opposite side of the board from where the pads are?
