JAP console is the worse for compatibility.

Need change region for "Europe" (Blue Swirl), you can put "Europe + NTSC" for keep NTSC :

I have HKT-3000 japanese dreamcast.
I know your tutorial of changing region code but I'm really afraid of breaking my dreamcast during changing region code procedure like iphone jailbreak brick.
By the way,If I just simply weld at location R422 (R422 PAL Fix) then my dreamcast would be compatible with 50HZ PAL games? if not should I have to solder the 12V soldering point to R512 in order to make my dreamcast PAL version?
