ISO Loader 0.8.x Beta + preview of DreamShell v4.0 RC 5

Thanks SWAT! Did a couple tests:

- Next Tetris: Online Edition: Now boots and plays music! It starts to distort after about 5mins but fixes itself when the track changes. This is better than the 0.6 loader where music starts to distort more every loop.

- MagForce Racing: Music distorts after about 3.5 minutes but the left audio channel no longer cuts out. A nice improvement! Used "DMA & TMU1".

Edit: VMU emulation works with PSO now! :-D

Edit 2: Quake III Arena unfortunately is worse with the new version. Music distortion is back and I'm still seeing the "rainbow screen" after a couple loops.

Edit 3: KAO the Kangaroo isn't working well with this version either. The game boots and plays music but it distorts on the 3rd loop and then the game freezes. Used loader mem. 0x8cfe8000, Maple Bus HEAP, and DMA & TMU 1.
