When I convert a CDI the software you shared me creates only 3 files
disc.gdi
track01.ISO
track02.ISO
or
disc.gdi
track01.RAW
track02.ISO
in the 1st case the cmd windows says "Can't allocate 0 bytes" sth could be missing?

It's Custom GDI, three file it's normal for games without CDDA.
Yep, data/data may be don't support, share link to this image, i'm try fix it.
P.S. Don't try boot Custom GDI on emulator or ODE, it's supported only in DreamShell

(These boots all OK in ISO-IDE but you can NOT play it)
