I converted raw files of KOF Dream Match 1999 to adpcm format using ISO Make pack v2.4.

There is tutorial how to convert raw files to adpcm format by SWAT.

Unziped ISO Make pack v2.4, you can run below command

ffmpeg -i track05_PCM.wav -acodec adpcm_yamaha -ac 2 track05.wav

But I don't know how to build custom homebrew iso.I just converted raw file of KOF Dream Match 1999 to adpcm format and run its gdi file as it is with sd adaptor.
