Neo4All RC4 SSRPG

Dear all, anyone can help me build Neo4Al RC4l self-boot disc for Samurai Spirits RPG to work on Dreamcast?
I have already tried to burn many discs with BootDreams step by step but it does not boot.
Another RC3 discs downloaded on theisozone are working well on my Dreamcast.
Hope anyone can help me build and upload CDI to google drive. Thanks a million times!
