Thanks, SWAT, Quake 3 is ok now with default settings and cdda TMA1.
I'll do tests with other games and back results.

Movi la configuración default y el juego no me carga.

Quake 3 worked with default settings without changing any config on iso loader.
DMA, Async True, Emulate CDDA, IRQ, Direct, Fast boot, 0x8c001100 and TMU1 on CDDA tab.

Quake 3 now ok!
Sega Rally 2, Mortal Kombat Gold still black screen on boot.

Gracias ahora me funciona quake 3
