Ooga Booga, Floigan Bros. specifically but I know you said those are working for you, so it's a bit strange. Also F355 Challenge and Internet Game Pack. I'll do some more thorough testing and see if there are others.

Edit: Daytona USA causes the Dreamcast to reset if low-level is enabled. Low-level is fine on 4.0.3.

Edit 2: Quake III Arena won't boot but boots fine if I use the ide.bin from 4.0.3.

Edit 3: Sega Smash Pack won't boot (causes Dreamcast to reset). Boots fine when using ide.bin from 4.0.3.

Edit 4: Speed Devils Online Racing freezes at the game logo. Doesn't freeze when using ide.bin from 4.0.3.

I'm not sure if all these issues are related and have the same cause, but this is what I've observed from some quick testing.

Quake III Arena - now boot only from 8c001200, I've updated builtin presets for it. If you have your own preset or a version for which there is no built-in preset, you need to change it.
Daytona USA - works perfect without low-level and with default settings.
Speed Devils Online - has bad builtin preset, change address to 8c001100 and CDDA to default DMA/DMA/TMU1/Adaptive
Sega Smash Pack - has bad builtin preset for CDDA, change address to 8c001100 and CDDA to DMA/DMA/TMU2/Adaptive.

Low-level doesn't need anymore in general, all games works without it in my tests.
Bad presets will be fixed in new version and I've attached both to this post. Thanks for report!

Edit: I think I've found the problem. These games didn't have any presets at all. The problem is that the address for CDDA games is now set to 4000 instead of 1100 and SQ instead of DMA for dest, which is detrimental to compatibility. I'll fix this in the next version. Anyway for Sped Devils need change TMU1 at least otherwise race don't start.
