Edit: Quake III Arena and Sega Smash Pack work with those settings. The music isn't playing in Smash Pack though (at least in Virtua Cop). Speed Devils Online still freezes at the animated logo for me (as soon as you press Start).

Also some presets don't seem to be loading for me. Smash Pack had low-level enabled and CDDA disabled on the preset. I had to manually enter the settings.

Maybe I forgot to save the settings for Smash Pack, sorry.
You use ISO Loader or Arcade app? Games Menu app doesn't updated in latest release.
I have no ideas yet, these games work fine for me in ISO Loader, I don’t know what else to fix.
