Unfortunately I haven't been able to get either of them to work in any case, I'm not sure what problem it could be since almost every other game boots fine except for these even when I use the configurations/gdis/opts that everyone else does.

It's strange... others games are Ok ? I suggest you repack your DS folder especially if you try the 0.6.7 ide.bin

There is just 1 music in the menu,so with CDDA it's better,if not you don't have this music

Hola, Sonic Adventure 2 has a black screen in chao garden, in the end of chao race, using 0x8cff6000 working fine to me, can someone confirm and modify the list?

is there any way to get Gunlord witch CDDA working? I modified the CDI image converterd to ISO witch "ISO_Make_pack_v2.4" and changing a HEX code and it works, but there are no sound files or background music

I am new to this, and I am testing games and configurations, in the list it says that Border Down is not compatible and I can play it with those settings, if you say that Loader8 does not use those settings,

then I guess that says Border Down works in "Loader 8" worth

Hello, i have question to @dragoncity.
I'm playing game Carrier(usa) on SD card, and when gdi is *optimized* it sometime crashes/freezes. But when just using gdi *not optimized* - works perfectly.
I've found your comment in this thread

You really need to play game for about 1 hour for it to crash. For me it crashed when i got outside ship and climbed the ladders. There was lightning in background, so maybe it crashed because of it.

I'm using 4rc4 build, that megavolt posted some time ago here. Default settings.

I would call myself a superuser of dreamshell, i've been using it since ~2015. A good SD mod, with good sd card is really good enough to start playing with Dreamshell. It's easy to the mod. I had hdd mod, but it broke. So now i'm back to SD mod.

But cheap dongles from china is another thing, because they are useless. You need to do SD mod, have a good ground from console, and have short wires. That is all.

As i stated, for me with SD, game carrier(usa) gdi *not optimized* runs perfectly, of course movies lag but gameplay is perfect. But gdi *optimized* freezes after some time. As it did to you years ago.

So i guess Carrier gdi *optimized* does not freeze for you anymore.
Could you please write what exact dreamshel and loader versions you are using?
Is it Dreamshell 4rc4 from swat download page, or is it some git build? I guess you are using megavolts ISO Loader 0.7.x Beta - http://www.dc-swat.ru/forum/thread-3525.html ?

Loader 0.7.x doesn't work with SD MOD....

If you want to use Dreamshell or RetroDream in the good condition > HDD MOD.

Hello. where is ISO loader of "0.7.x_OPT-Only_noCDDA (beta 1)"?
I saw your compatibility test list and found that It is possible to play sakura wars3 with ISO loader. frankly speaking I have bought sakura wars3 about 20 years ago,and I really want to play it again without any GD but hdd,
I have tried to play it with Iso loader but I horribly failed to play it with any version of iso loader..I stumbled on your compatibility test list of below google spreadsheet link. But I can't find out "0.7.x_OPT-Only_noCDDA (beta 1)" iso loader from this site(DC-SWAT)

I tested "Kidou Senkan Nadesico - Nadesico the Mission" I have original disc of this game and dumped it to hdd and test it with ISO loader 0.6.0 and it works very well.
