Just click on it in File Manager app.
The format is the same as for trailers; simply change the resolution from square to 4:3 or 16:9. The length is limited by the FAT32 file size, which is ~4GB.

It does not work for me, I tried mp4, Mpeg-1 and AVI (all in 352x240 or 320x240) any other suggestion?....

Try a command that looks like this;

ffmpeg.exe -v 8 -i $input -vf "scale=256:256:force_original_aspect_ratio=increase,crop=256:256,fps=24" -c:v mpeg4 -b:v 2800k -maxrate 3200k -minrate 2600k -bufsize 4000k -max_muxing_queue_size 1024 -c:a pcm_s16le -ar 44100 -ac 1 $output

"$input" being the original video file and "$output" being the video.avi file you want at the end of the conversion.
