For me, 4 wheel thunder has no issue with music with loader 0.6.10,

This is the preset, however the next time I load the preset, the GUI shows async = true.
So the GUI doesn't reflect this setting when loading the preset.

Maybe this games doesn't reach the true DMA, here a comparaison with loader 0.6.11_se may help @SWAT.
