sd card intern mod "can't init file system"

Hello,

My sd card mod (internal) was working fine several days, but now when dreamshell is loading i get "can't init sd file system".
I checked all and tryied with another sd card without success!
I do not know what to try to get the sd card reader work again.

Edit : some times works, some times not... But when it works, it works very well until i reboot.
Seems really to be a problem with initialization. Which line from the serial dc does the initialization on the sd card ?

Most likely you have a bad connection someplace. Check all.

I will recheck all.
It works fine when the DC is cold, after let say 10 minutes, the sd crash.

Update : i could not visualy find bad connections. So, I removed all from the serial port and re-soldered all. Hopefully, it works perfectlly now.

Oh no. It was working good for aboutv2 hours..... I get again "can't init sd filesystem"

I am sure that all solder point are good!

I do not know what to try now ... :-(

It is working if i let the dreamcast open. (without the top part).
It is surely a heating problem.
I have one of the first jap model with heatpipes, I will try to add some past between the processor and heatpipes...
The dreamcast does not crash, it is only the access to the sd card who is stopping.
Maybe the part of the cpu who managed the serial port freeze because the limit of temperature is almost reached!
If it does not work, i will do some photos.

Then you need to do something with the heating. When the CPU is overheating, a serial port may result in errors.
