The way I crunch my games smaller...
If track03.bin is the last data track, I usually plan to try it on RC3, first I bin2iso, then compress the iso, and use the cso in RC3 as cso doesnt seem to boot in RC4.
If their is a data track after track03.bin with raw audio, I usually strip down track03.bin, by removing all the padding, just keeping the tiny bit of data (usually) then run from the gdi file/folder with RC4.
If either of those methods fail, I would test cso files as plain isos, before finally giving up.
I am using an SD Adapter, and a 64GB Samsung or a 128GB SanDisk SD Card.
I use dumpcast full GDROM Dumps or redump.org full GDROM Dumps (edit the gdi for redump dumps).
Some video playback, on certain games is a bit jerky, in my 'ideal world' I would prefer if I could find a way to rip all videos from these games but still be able to keep the way's I make my iso's, rather than 'gdi2data'ng everything and making custom built isos. Videos are an unnecessary evil when it comes to console emulation in generall
